Gerald Owner and Operator Prior to starting his own business, Gerald had a highly successful career in the communications industry as a leader in business development, management and sales. For more than 10 years he honed his business and leadership skills through experience in the field, as well as through continuing education and targeted courses. As a very self-motivated and goal oriented individual, an entrepreneurial pursuit was a natural next step.
Tara Project Coordinator Tara has been in bathroom sales for 20 plus years, As Estimator at UBR, Tara provides highly detailed estimates with timelines and budget’s that adhere to the customer’s needs. Her communication style is collaborative and open book, and she utilizes longstanding relationships with vendors and suppliers to help customers develop and envision their dream bathroom. When not rescuing bathrooms, Tara can be found enjoying the outdoors hiking, with her family and dog Baily.
Rick Project Manager Rick brings 11 years of renovations experience to his role as Project Manager at UBR. Rick is responsible for supervising all aspects of daily project operations, on-site safety and overseeing the quality of work. Outside of UBR, Rick enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
