OUR PROCESS: From Concept to Completion
STEP 1
Schedule in-home consultation
Our Project Coordinator will take time with you to gain a solid understanding of your project. Once this is established, and you have discussed all the changes you’d like to see in your bathroom, our Project Coordinator will take measurements and photos of your bathroom. All this information will enable Ultimate Bathroom Renovations to provide you with a precise quote for your project.
STEP 2
Project Estimate
Our Project Coordinator will prepare a comprehensive estimate of your project. Once complete, you will receive your estimate via email along with your Welcome Package, and copies of our WCB clearance letter and our proof of insurance. You can expect a follow up call from our Project Coordinator to review your estimate with you and discuss your next steps.
STEP 3
Showroom Consultation
Come to our showroom to meet with our Design Consultant who will help you finalize the products for your bathroom.
STEP 4
Deposit Received
Upon completion of your final estimate we collect a 25% deposit and discuss a payment plan for your project. You’ll then receive your pre-renovation checklist, and a project start date. This initiates the material ordering process.
STEP 5
Installation Begins
On your start date the project manager assigned to your renovation will arrive, introduce themselves to you, and review the project with you. They will then begin your renovation!
STEP 6
Project Completion
Upon completion of your renovation, your project manager will walk you through your new bathroom. On the last day of your project, you can expect your final invoice which is due upon receipt. And finally, you get to enjoy your new, beautiful, bathroom!

We are more than happy to work with and around anything you want to keep, we also offer bathtub reglazing – should your old tub look a little tired and in need of some TLC.
It is best to not use any recommended cleaning products for at least one week after installation.
Do not use anything abrasive such as, soft-scrub, comet, cleaning powder or scouring pads – anything that feels abrasive or gritty when rubbed between your fingers should not be used as they will scratch. Do not use products such as aerosol propellant, anything with Ammonia-D or acetone in it, anything that has harsh chemicals in them such as Lysol Disinfectant and Lestoil, crystal drain cleaner or any leave-on cleaners. All of these will damage the beauty and shine of your new acrylic system.
